Excelent location, wright in the old town. Great parking for the car. Great staff, that are welcoming. Thanks for the curly hair blonde girl from the reception. She was helpful and the check-in and check- out process was quick. The rooms are nice with everything you might need. Great cosmetics in the bathroom. The rooms are similar to Marriott and Hilton hotels. It is not a cheap hotel but it is worth its money. You get value for your money!

Amazing hotel overlooking the harbor in Zadar's old town. Plenty of on-site outdoor parking. Follow your vehicles navigation to Trg Tri Bunara 1 which is next to the hotel. There are orange cones on the side and a yellow barrier in the ground blocking your way. Walk to the hotel desk and they will drop the barrier so you can enter. Street in front of the hotel belongs to the hotel so you can stop at the front door. We splurged and reserved the fifth-floor suite. You have the whole floor to yourself. Very nice with an amazing view and an outdoor tub. Start putting water in it early as it fills very slowly. Bottle of champagne was a nice touch from the hotel. Staff was amazing. Very helpful and caring. Breakfast was the best we have had. Made to order eggs, omelettes, and pancakes with an impressive spread of meats, cheeses and vegetables. You are in a great spot to explore the old city and enjoy the beauty of Zadar. Highly recommend.

The Hotel was beautiful, view was fabulous, the staff were super friendly and the location in Zadar was excellent, we could walk all around zadar without any issue. Early checkin was requested and they couldn’t accommodate the time we asked for as was too early but they checked us in stored our bags and rang when it was ready, they also stored our bags on leaving day too and let us use the toilets, lounges if needed until we needed to leave for airport. Very accommodating. 😊 thank you to all the staff. Oh and you can do the whole of zadar in a weekend easy, so if staying longer book some trips, and sunset is stunning. 🤩

The hotel is in a lovely location, we have stayed in Relais and Chateaux before so our expectations were quite high. Reception staff were superb, very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms quite luxurious and very cool. A gorgeous building with a lovely wine bar opposite. Reception even organised a takeout breakfast for our very early flight. Lovely touch.

The location of Bastion Heritage Hotel is ideal for exploring all that Zadar has to offer. Situated within the historic walls of Zadar Old Town it is walking distance to all landmarks and the sea. We were able to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture and history of this enchanting destination with ease. Our room was spacious, very clean, and we had stunning views overlooking the sea. Sunrise was especially beautiful. The spiral staircase stood out immediately, adorned with original stone walls, and was a stunning focal point within the hotel's interior. It evoked a sense of history and grandeur and I preferred ascending and descending the stairs instead of taking the lift. The staff's exceptional service exceeded our expectations, leaving a lasting impression on our experience. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful recommendations for exploring the city, every interaction was characterised by genuine warmth and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was nothing short of perfect, and for that, we are truly grateful. A special thanks to Marina and Ivan for their outstanding service and attention to detail throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. In summary, our stay at Bastion Heritage Hotel Zadar exceeded all expectations and left us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. This hotel is the perfect choice for an unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return.

The location is perfect for the old town, walking on the sea front and yet just on the edge of the busy action away from the intensity of the town where you can view the sea. It is beautifully decorated in old world charm - missing in so many hotels. Linen tablecloths, soft towels and superb breakfasts. Yet it has all the modern technology discreetly working behind the scenes to ensure comfort and efficiency. Very clean and nothing was a trouble in assisting me or answering my questions.

Everything! Superlocation in the old town with private parking. Very nicely decorated and comfy rooms. Super efficient AC. The staff at the front desk was very serviceminded and helpful. Good buffet breakfast with a lot of extras that can be ordered freshly made like orange juice, all kind of egg dishes, pancakes, etc.

High-end hotel room located in the heart of the old town, just steps away from the Sea Organ. Very courteous staff (especially Marina), as you would expect from such a quality hotel. Very comfortable bedding and all the amenities you could hope for.

Gorgeous quiet rooms. Bed was wonderful. Great location. Nice breakfast options. The front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our nightcap in the bar—well made cocktails and super bartender.
